Our mission at MGTY is to positively engage with the community, especially young people, by supporting them in reaching their goals and aspirations, whether in music, career choices, or other interests. We provide one-on-one support to help build self-confidence, fostering a sense of community and understanding that young people are the future of society. Additionally, we aim to raise awareness of issues affecting the community and advocate for changes that promote safer and healthier living for all. We strive to bring people together with organisation’s and community groups, breaking barriers with public services, local authorities, and various sectors for community empowerment and the positive changes needed.
At MGTY, we envision a community where young people can explore and express their interests, from singing and dancing to arts and crafts, dressmaking, and discussing community issues. Our goal is to improve communication, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking abilities. We aim to help young people develop a sense of social responsibility and a giving-back attitude while supporting others in the community. By breaking down cultural barriers, we enable everyone to participate in social activities that build confidence, social skills, and reduce loneliness and isolation.
